What this document covers
These Terms govern access to and use of the EcoVeraZ marketing site at ecoveraz.com and any free or trial features made available through it (collectively, the “Public Services”).
Paid customer services are governed by the EcoVeraZ Master Services Agreement (MSA), which supersedes these Terms where applicable. The MSA is signed separately at customer onboarding and is not published on this page.
Who can use the Public Services
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to bind yourself or the entity you represent.
Permitted use
- Evaluating EcoVeraZ as a potential customer or investor.
- Reviewing publicly-available content (sectors, frameworks, insights).
- Submitting a demo request via the Contact form.
- Using the ROI calculator for your own internal evaluation.
Prohibited use (summary)
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code.
- Scrape or harvest content for resale or commercial redistribution.
- Impersonate EcoVeraZ or its customers.
- Submit false or misleading information through any form.
- Attempt unauthorized access to EcoVeraZ systems or other users' data.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, malware, or attack vectors.
- Use the Public Services to develop a competing product.
Intellectual property
All content on the Public Services — text, graphics, logos, the EcoVeraZ name and brand, the four-layer evidence chain methodology description, sector report samples, and software code — is owned by EcoVeraZ or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No license is granted by virtue of these Terms.
No warranty / strict-readiness language
The Public Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Sample reports, evidence-chain visualizations, and content displayed on the Public Services are illustrative only and do not constitute formal certification, assurance, or attestation. EcoVeraZ provides readiness intelligence and evidence traceability; formal certification, assurance, or validation remains with authorized third parties such as your external auditor or assurance provider.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EcoVeraZ's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Public Services will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).
EcoVeraZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to these Terms
EcoVeraZ may update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use of the Public Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
